Frameworks and tools to succeed based on research since 2000.

Reduce Risk of Failure

Too many organizations habitually repeat past mistakes. We provide the best practices and structure to set your organization up for success.

Gain C-Suite & Board Support

One of the top reasons, for over 20 years, implementation fails is “poor communication”. We develop your internal branding, strategy on a page image and approach to nurture the communication.

Translate Strategy into Right Actions

Implementation fails if employees do not take new actions. Strategy by definition means changing the way employees work and we support you in identifying the right actions.

Your Strategy & Digital Implementation Specialist

Robin Speculand and Bridges support organizations by guiding them to avoid the common pitfalls and provide the often missing framework, tools, and techniques to support the organization and through its implementation journey.

Leaders have been taught how to plan but not how to implement, and this is a key contributor to why two-thirds of strategy implementations fail. Leaders need to acquire the implementation capability as well as the discipline to guide their organization through the whole implementation journey.

Customers notice your implementation not your strategy.

Business Consultancy –
Strategy and Digital Implementation

Supporting you to implement your strategy is our business.

Strategy implementation requires discipline. The discipline for leaders to stay engaged throughout the whole journey. The discipline to take the right actions and the discipline to continuously communicate and review progress.

We work with you like a trainer in the gym. A trainer will show you the right actions to take and correct you when you make mistakes but cannot lift the weights for you. We will identify how to support your implementation, but we cannot do it for you as you must own your own implementation by taking the right actions. Leaders need to acquire the implementation capability as well as the discipline to guide their organization through the implementation journey.

The time to engage us is as you are confirming your new strategy. After crafting your strategy, the challenge is to communicate and engage employees in the implementation. A new strategy means a new way of working, and yet our research since 2000 reveals that 95% of employees cannot tell you their own organization’s strategy! How can employees take the right action if they don’t even know what their organization’s strategy is?

“Strategy is about making the right choices.
Implementation is about taking the right actions.”

Our role is to partner with and guide you through your implementation journey. We help you avoid the most common mistakes, highlight potential dangers and at the same time provide you with the tools, techniques, and frameworks that are so often missing in implementation as well as other resources.

We support you through three stages of your implementation:

Bridges icon

Create Awareness

Employees need to understand and be engaged to implement the strategy.

Bridges icon

Build Excellence

A new strategy means working differently and leaders need to drive the business model transformation to support the implementation.

Bridges icon

Follow Through

Leaders and employees need to be held accountable for taking the right actions and regular implementation reviews need to be in place.
